The bathrooms could use an upgrade. a walk-in shower would be a huge improvement!!! Finding the entrance was confusing due to poor signage!!! The outdated information book left me feeling misinformed!!!

Just a perfect match for a whistle-stop in Saint Helier with excellent value for money. The staff seemed to really care, following up multiple times to ensure we were okay with the room's issues. Avoid drinking the water they leave in the room unless you want an upset stomach.

Staff members made a constant effort to keep the lights on and provide turn-down service with lovely fresh biscuits, which was a nice touch. My room was almost spotless and had ample amenities. there were a few hiccups. The bathroom sink was set too low, and the shower door didn’t function well, leading to water on the floor after use. I also noticed hair on the floor during cleaning given the otherwise high standards. The restaurant, Bohemia, received mixed reviews for its pricing but I found the atmosphere appealing. Their dinner service could improve to match the high-quality dining experience they showcase.
